The IHRP-CA Learning Path
The 2-year development pathway has 3 distinct stages, each geared towards preparing you for the IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) Certification. You’ll be exposed to industry-leading HR practices, learn how to apply emerging HR skills, gain hands-on experience with real-world projects and receive guidance from HR experts in the field.
Stage 1
Pre-qualification
You’ll be assessed on your application of Singapore’s employment policies and legislations, as well as foundational HR knowledge and competencies. Don’t worry, we have online sample questions and preparatory materials to help you prepare.
Need extra help? We’ve partnered with trusted organisations to provide training programmes that cover HR topics tested in Paper A and Paper N. Stay tuned for details on upcoming classes.
Stage 2
Learning & Development
Over 2 years, you’ll be immersed in a learning and development programme centred around our 3E Framework: Emerging Skills, Exposure and Education.
Emerging Skills
Earn Skill Badges in emerging HR speciality areas (e.g. Organisational Change, People Analytics, Strategic Workforce Planning and HR Technology).
Exposure
Gain valuable connections with fellow students, HR professionals and mentors at exclusive events and ‘learning journeys’ that put HR competencies into perspective.

Stage 3
Progression to IHRP Certified Professional
To assist you to progress to the IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) Certification, this stage will assess your response to scenarios based on real business and HR challenges, as well as actual work experience.

- Above fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- IHRP reserves the right to assign alternative assessment dates due to unforeseen circumstances. Such change of competency assessment dates initiated by IHRP will not be subjected to any re-scheduling fee.
- Upon notification of the application acceptance, candidates are allowed seven (7) calendar days to change their competency assessment date without incurring a fee. Rescheduling fee is chargeable thereafter. (Please refer to Rescheduling Fee above.)
