Her work involves overseeing the end-to-end business operations for the national HR certification, leading the product enhancement and development for IHRP certification, and analysing HR data to present compelling business insights for stakeholders. Prior to joining IHRP in 2019, Sheryl was an IO psychologist with the public sector, where she worked on talent assessment and leadership development. Sheryl holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Nanyang Technological University and has eight years of research experience.
