Very often such talents are hard to find and hiring organisations are competing on a global scale from the limited tech talent pool. In addition, tech talent commonly share the same DNA of entrepreneurship and innovative spirit. Hiring organisations thus are not only competing against one another but also competing with the tech talent themselves who may aspire to be start-up founders!
