Adrian Tan Joins IHRP as Strategist, Future of Work
The Institute for Human Resource Professionals announced that HR tech influencer and blogger, Adrian Tan has joined its management team as Strategist, Future of Work.
In this role, Adrian will collaborate with industry partners to develop thought leadership and formulate insights and recommendations in emerging areas of HR such as digital transformation, agile work, human-machine collaboration and work-life synergy.

Adrian’s unique background and experiences will help strategise, guide and define programmes that will enable the IHRP Community to remain at the forefront of emerging HR areas”.
Adrian joins IHRP from PeopleStrong where he was Practice Leader. A former serial HR entrepreneur, he started his HR career in 2004 with the co-founding of his first business in recruitment. It went on to collect two HR Vendors of the Year awards and led him to receiving HR Entrepreneur of the Year in 2013. He writes and podcasts at adriantan.com.sg and has also authored the book “Everything You Wish To Ask a Headhunter”. Adrian was recently listed as one of the Global Influencers in HR Tech to Follow in 2021 by the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR).
