Singapore, 15 August 2023 – The Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) is proud to announce the launch of the Human Capital Diagnostic Tool (HCDT) Navigator in Chinese at the SMEICC Conference 2023, Singapore’s largest and only bilingual SME conference since 1997.
The HCDT Navigator is a comprehensive and simple-to-use tool designed to help organisations gain valuable insights on their Human Capital (HC) maturity through an instant report generated in 45 minutes. Through the report, businesses will receive insights on their key strengths and development areas, as well as an action plan tailored to drive their business priotities.
Arising from industry feedback, IHRP has officially launched the Chinese version of the HCDT Navigator, with the aim of helping more businesses to benefit from the features of HCDT, where they can harness the insights generated to enhance HC practices. It is the first-ever National HR Tool that is made available in Chinese language.
Mr. Aslam Sardar, Chief Executive Officer of IHRP, said, “In these challenging times where financial, environmental, and social pressures converge to form new and more complex challenges, local businesses – especially Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) – must seize the opportunity to transform challenges into opportunities. At IHRP, we strive to help and guide SMEs in their business transformation journey by providing them with the tools, resources and advice they need.”
“From our engagement with various stakeholders and partners, we understood that there was a need for the HCDT tool to be administered in the Chinese language. After months of development and consultative efforts, we are delighted to launch the Navigator in Chinese, allowing this tool to be easily accessible for a wider audience,” Aslam shares.
“Till date, the HCDT Navigator has been utilised by more than 1700 companies across various sectors. A helpful tool for HR and business owners, HCDT offers a quick stock-take and review of HR process areas. Organisations can benchmark their scores against the national and sectoral averages, as well as gauge their progress against other companies at the same business growth stage. Organisations can utilise this free tool to prioritise and measure the HR improvements over time,” shared Ms. Karina Kuok, Director, Head of Professional Practices and Community, IHRP. “We also recently partnered with Singapore Polytechnic to incorporate the HCDT into a first-of-its-kind HR Learning Journey, a curated programme that offers resources and tools to guide SMEs in their business transformation journey.”
