- Headhunting & Cold Calling candidates – approach both active and passive candidates
- Find, engage and activate passive candidates
- Maintain and develop a strong and healthy pipeline of talents
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on sourcing campaigns
- Provide insight to craft sourcing strategies
- Communicate with the internal stakeholders to fulfil all the job requests and requirements
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
- Screens and refers most suitable applicants to hiring personnel in the organization
- Recruitment administrative tasks: scheduling interviews, delivering feedbacks to candidates
- Develop job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms if necessary
- Performing background and reference checks
- Candidate Management and database management - continually update information for each candidate and store their resumes into the company database; update resume and records for more efficient information storage
- Providing weekly recruitment report to Manager
Responsibilities
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or Information Technology
- Experienced with 1 or 2 years of working in a search firm, prospecting role, or in-house recruiting team
- Demonstrated ability to source, screen, engage and close candidates
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
- Experience in cold calling, primary research and using various methods such as offline and social media is highly advantageous for this role
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches
- Demonstrated track record of continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates
- Knowledge of best practices for search and sourcing applicants via LinkedIn, referral, and other channels.
- Networking ability to continuously generate a healthy and talented pipeline of candidates.
- Able to manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable, agile, and flexible
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
- A good understanding of technology and technical skills would be a plus
- Experience recruiting hard-to-fill tech roles would be a plus
- Self-driven with demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage tight timelines
- Working knowledge of Singapore employment laws and practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong attention to detail in executing sourcing processes
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excels and PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player yet able to work independently
- IHRP Certification Preferred
