- Full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, talent development, compensation & benefits
- Build relationships with stakeholders as a trusted HR professional by providing value-added HR strategies and advice
- Lead, manage, coach, and motivate a team to ensure effective, efficient and professional delivery of HR plans, programmes, processes and services
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and compliance with the statutory requirements and regulations by overseeing the monthly payroll processing
- Compensation & benefits such as salary benchmarking exercise, annual performance management exercise, annual salary and position review, bonus, staff insurance and benefits
- Analysing and monitoring the resourcing needs, headcounts approvals and budget
- Prepare HR statistics, data for management reporting and surveys for government agencies
- Leverage on suitable government workforce initiatives and grants to support organizational growth
- Bachelor degree from a recognized university, post-graduate qualification in HRM will be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources function
- Able to lead and assist the manager in full spectrum of HR functions
- Team Player
- Possess good stakeholder management
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and labour laws

- IHRP Certification Preferred
