Perform the full spectrum of HR generalist rolerelating to the entire employee life cycle; including talent acquisition,onboarding/ offboarding, compensationandbenefits, learningand development, performance management, HR Information Systems (HRIS),associate relations, HR reportsand analytics. Involve in formulation of HR policies and proceduresand in HR process improvements initiatives.

- Manage and conduct new hire orientation for all new hires.
- Ensure the HR orientation deck is constantly refreshed and up to date with Corporate HR.

- Provide advisory to associates on HR policies and procedures.

- Ensure associate data are accurately updated in Workday.

- Prepare quarterly, monthly and ad-hoc HR reports, which include Headcount, Attrition,Payroll reportsetc.
- Maintain HR reports in HR folder.
- Analysis ofHR data and provide recommendations for process improvements.
