The holder of the position is mainly responsible for the following areas in coordination with his / her superior. Accountability for leading all areas of generalist HR to the quality expected of a large MNC, include:
- HR operations, including data management, salary, benefits and insurances;
- Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development ;
- Employee Relations, Colleague Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility & Corporate Travel Management
Leading HR in large-sale projects include:
- Restructures and new country openings and oranizational design;
- introduction of HR automation (SAP / SF focus);
- Working closely with Head Office in Germany on International HR projects
- University graduate or Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- IHRP Certified Professionals preferred, those currently pursuing the IHRP Certification are also welcome
- Extensive experience in Senior HR Management roles in a European Company
- Driven, independent, influential, detail minded and self motivated with judgement and entrepreneurial initiative
- Well versed in Labour Law and other related legislations throughout Asia
- Fluent written and spoken English, German is advantageous
- Regular travel required
