You assist in managing selected Human Resource (HR) functions to enhance organisational performance and employee engagement in MINDEF. The functions include manpower administration, welfare management, performance management as well as rewards and recognition. You work closely with the HR managers, employees and external parties to execute and govern HR policies effectively.
You should preferably have a diploma. Possession of excellent interpersonal and time management skills is essential.
IHRP certification is preferred/is a plus.
