Aslam Sardar
Chief Executive Officer
Aslam had served in various management positions in large and small enterprises, involved in transformation projects and change management. He brings with him more than 20 years of experience in business development, process improvement, and commercial performance monitoring and reporting prior to joining IHRP as Deputy CEO in May 2022 and was appointed CEO in Sep 2022.
Hiew Wui Sin
Chief Information Officer
Wui Sin has over 28 years in Transformation, Global IT management experience spanning Program Management, Shared Services and Consulting. Most notably, he has over 13 years of senior leadership capacity, driving Digital strategies and managing a diverse team across multiple countries.
Karina Kuok
Head, Professional Practices & Community
Karina has over 15 years of HR consulting and marketing experience in the U.S.A. and Asia Pacific. Prior to joining IHRP in March 2017, she was at Deloitte Consulting SEA, where Karina worked on business transformation change and talent management projects across SEA and ASPAC.
Jocelyn Wun
Head, Certification & Customer Experience
Jocelyn comes with 7 years’ experience as the Human Capital Leadership Institute’s (HCLI) Head of Admin and Operations, where her management scope spanned across the core corporate enabling functions, key development projects as well as the event implementation.
Yao Jing Wei
Head, Finance
Jing Wei was the Assistant Director, Finance at Wealth Management Institute (WMI), prior to joining IHRP. He has approx. 14 years of experience in Finance and Audit. Jing wei started his career as auditor in reputable organisations such as DSO National Laboratories, Deloitte & Touche LLP and IPOS.
