Karina Kuok, Head of Professional Practices, shared some of her key takeaways:
- As HR continues to evolve its role from a compliance to service to creative focus, key skills that will arm HR well are coaching and consulting.
- Approach problem solving with a curious mindset, so we can expand thinking beyond the current way of working.
- Ask the right questions to help business leaders gain greater clarity and unlock their own answers within.
- Explore areas beyond traditional HR and build acumen in areas such as performance science, business theory, statistics, behavioral economics and marketing.
Lastly, we would like to thank everyone who had attended the dialogue, we hope it was an insightful session.
