Think Tank guests also had the opportunity to engage in a lively and highly stimulating “Hot Seat Debate”, where they shared thought provoking viewpoints, clarified stakeholder expectations and reaffirmed their commitment to collaborate in creating workforce solutions that address disruption.
At the Think Tank 2.0 event, CIPD and IHRP also commemorated the MOU renewal of our strategic partnership together. This renewed partnership commitment will bring about greater opportunities to co-host thought leadership events and research, as well as continue to offer bridging opportunities for our respective certified communities to achieve dual CIPD-IHRP certification. This CIPD-IHRP partnership will help further our goals to offer greater international exposure and networks to our HR community, to help prepare HR professionals for a wider range of growth possibilities in the future.
